Beef Dishes



This is a classic example of the Chinese influence on our cuisine. This is a beef dish that is unmistakably Chinese with a Filipino twist. The Chinese has a strong influence not only on our culture but also to our food culture. The Chinese has been in our country long before the Arabs, Moro, and Indians.

The twist is the addition of the beans. This dish is stir fried using a wok at very high heat to preserve the freshness and crispness of the vegetables. The beef are sliced into thin strips so that the mean can cook quickly. This beef and broccoli dish is a classic Ilonggo fare.
