These are three styles of serving sizzling seafood platter. First two pictures above are taken during separate parties at home, while the last picture was taken at a restaurant here in Iloilo City. As you can See the First two pictures have shrimps, squid, mussels, and assortment of vegetables. The bottom picture has shrimps, bell peppers, scallions, cuttlefish, and onions, all served on a red hot sizzling plate. The sizzling plate is made of cast iron, which is a good heat retainer, which makes you food warm for longer. I usually prefer to eat sizzling seafood platters on cold days, with hot spices to ward of the cold. The dish is a combination of different seafood, according to the availability of the ingredients.
